By downloading or using InSpy ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The service

InSpy provides estimated analytics and insights about public Instagram profiles, based on publicly available data. Results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

Not affiliated with Instagram

InSpy is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Subscriptions & purchases

• InSpy offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly and monthly) and consumable coin purchases.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Coins are a one-time consumable and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree to use InSpy only for lawful purposes and only to analyze publicly available information. You may not use the app to harass, stalk, or violate the rights of others.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
